The property is a residential semi-detached in Long Branch, Etobicoke, with an original 5'6" basement ceiling across a 820 sqft footprint. Our crews delivered a full perimeter including shared party wall project under a fixed-price contract that bundled engineered drawings, City of Toronto permit coordination, excavation, pin-by-pin underpinning, interior waterproofing, and new slab pour.
